  2. Makeup Products: Generally, makeup/fragrance items are non-refundable. However, if there’s a defect caused by delivery, contact us immediately for assistance.
  3. Unboxing Protocol: Do not open the box if you notice any issues upon delivery. Inform the delivery team, and we’ll handle the rest.
  4. Wrong Colors or Sizes: If you receive an incorrect color or size, notify us within 1 day. We will facilitate a swift exchange.
  5. Our Mistake, Our Responsibility: If the error is on our end, such as a defective item or wrong variant, we’ll cover the delivery charges for the exchange.
  6. Refund Process: Refunds are processed within 3-5 days of initiation, using the original payment method.
