All orders are FINAL unless no stock for the item and customer need to cancel his/her own order. Be responsible buyer.
Shipping with retail box.
Regarding the delivery. Usually within MM can be delivered 1-7 working days and PROVINCIAL is 3-10 working days. This is not fixed schedule and courier can change /adjust based on their work load. No rush order. Patience is a virtue.
Once item already shipped out, any delivery concerns pls follow up directly to SHOPEE Customer Service.
We packed the item/s properly in accordance with the standard packaging. Whatever happened to the package whether it’s dented etc, we are not responsible. It’s the courier’s/rider way of handling and it’s beyond our control.
